Anything’s possible, but your steps probably only use circuit breakers rather than “a fuse”. Because it’s tied to the ignition for safety, there are three breakers involved, at least on our coach. One depends on the ignition being on and two do not; of those two, one ties to the switch by the door (probably your passenger-side dash designation). That said, it’s possible an actual fuse is on the back of the switch itself.
Your coach is a different model and year, so use my legend below only as a general guide. On mine breakers CB15 and CB16 (switch) are near the top of hot buss 1 on the left, and CB37 at its bottom depends on the ignition. If all the CB connections are tight with no corrosion resistance, it likely means a short at the step motor or a mechanical jam is cycling a breaker. Your troubleshooting should involve sorting that out... even if there is a fuse behind the switch or elsewhere, something would have caused it to blow.
Others here with a more similar coach to yours may jump in with better info.
