It's been awhile but if memory serves me on the controller you have there are two pig tails with about 6 inches of wire and weather pack connectors
The !after of the two connectors goes to the Raycor filter/ pump unit with a free black wire for the ground locally near the unit possibly the frame work or a wire at the service bay the other plug has two wires one green one red the red wire is the power feed to the controller and the green is for an optional dash mounted water warning lamp..
The sensor in the bottom of the filter should have two wires as well both black one goes to the controller vis the larger plug and the other should be grounded to for the sensor to work.
