Electric Window Shades

My coach has the dual electric window shades. One of the light accordion shades got tangled, so I removed it to untangle the strings. Once that was done I reinstalled the shade and reconnected the wires. Unfortunately, now when I push the multiplex buttons the electric motor only runs for about one second in either direction. What am I doing wrong?

Bob,
when my shades act up I turn off house disconnect switch momentarily, to reset multiplex. Also if you have another switch that controls that shade, try using that one to reset shade. Hope this helps.

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to reset the up and down stop limits of the shades?

Have you found any answers for resetting the stops? I have the same problem with the passenger roman shade. It keeps running for about 10 seconds after it is all the way up...
Thanks, don
