I've touted CoachNet many times here, but our five year subscription is about to run out, and their rates have gone way up. Though it's been 14 years since we gave up AAA when we got the coach in 2006 and went to Coach-Net, we've had only two occasions to use it; a 10 mile coach towing in 2007, and a flat tire on our pickup while our grandson had borrowed it overnight.
Given that Coach-Net appears to now be the most expensive roadside services company out there, and does no longer offer a 5 year discount option, but just a 3 year one that's not that much of a discount, it appears to be time to consider other companies. As many of you do, we use Ron Jarvi's Overland Insurance agency in Arizona. At one time he offered Coach-Net as a discounted feature, but some years back stopped doing so. He now proffers SafeRideRV Motor Club instead, and a 5 year subscription at $400 is $209 less than Coach-Net's 3 year deal.
But I don't know anything about SafeRideRV, nor do I recall it being discussed on this Forum. So, although I'm sure I'll hear about them despite my entreaty, I'm asking NOT necessarily for members' evaluations of Coach-Net, FMCA's roadside program, AARP's, AAA, Good Sam's, or other insurance carrier's offerings, but rather just those who've subscribed to and used it - their opinions of SafeRideRV.
Appreciating any SafeRideRV insights,
Joel
