SCS/Fridgette entry step
« on: December 30, 2021, 11:33:20 PM »
Went out to the coach today and found our single step entry steps will not extend or retract completely. There seems to be 2" of 'play' in the step when I try to pull the step in or out. Maybe the quadrant gear has slipped a tooth? Could not find an SCS/Frigette manual on Coach Net or in Common Problems. Anyone have a manual they can post?

Ours do that now and then.  I find a medium wire brush on the tracks and some spray graphite puts it right.
