Adding fuse block to front run box

Hello folks,

Been here a minute but 1st post.

I want to add a new new fuse box to my front run box for various addon's past and future. I have acquired 2- 50amp switch fuse

My plan is to have 1 leg be constant 12v and the other leg be accessory 12v.

Both breakers would be supplied from the power bar in the center of pic with
6 awg wire.

My thinking is there would be no way I would add a lot to this fuse box other than gps, dash cam, tablet power, and etc.

Has anyone done this? I have looked at length for this specific mod. Is there a reason? Bad idea?

I would look for spare circuits on both feeds that are not in use. Those items you wish to add are small load accessories. My suggestion would be to match the circuit breaker or fuse to 125% of the circuit load to deal with "low voltage occurrences". Hope this helps, Fred

In addition to Fred's idea, another approach is to tie into the battery or ignition buss at the inputs to the CBs and install an in-line fuse for the added accessory. Label the fuse holder and you should be fine.
