Dave,  (JOEL)

Thanks for the info.
Also.  You mentioned no relay for the bay lights.  My schematic does'nt show one either.  I wonder why the  porch light, which takes the same bulb, has its very own relay but the bay lights, all 9 of them, don't require a relay?

My guess is the porch light potentially requires more current than even if you ever had all 9 bay lamps on at once, and there may be something else unidentified on the porch circuit (awning?).  The bay lights circuit breaker can handle just the bay lamps at what, a half amp each, and auto reset as necessary.

At any rate, note on my prior post’s included image that there is a 10amp fuse for the porch circuit in the little black bathroom fuse box.  A relay allows a heavier wire, than just that minimal one going through the switch, to take battery power to the light and anything else on that circuit.   ;)
