Entry door scissor arm
« on: November 03, 2022, 03:16:09 PM »
Has anyone purchased the PTL locking door check  -  Kit K001-444 ?
Did it fit properly and how does it work.
I have pounded my existing arm with a hammer so many times it is now it barely works.

I've replaced the door strut twice, using the OE strut both times. The strut attachment plates are mortised into the metal trim on both the door and the coach, so any replacement would have to fit into the mortises. Not a hard job to replace, but you need a rivet tool and SS rivets. I have some of the right size rivets I could send you, just PM me and I'll send you a few.
