Hydraulic levelers

My hydraulic levelers are leaking fluid pretty badly.
Has anyone been able to locate replacement seals?

Eric Maclean may have a source for parts. By the way, please add your coach information to your signature section of your profile so folks know what kind of coach you have. Thanks

Tom
We need to know what system is installed on your coach is it HWH, SMC, OR RVA.
Is your system just hydraulic or do you have both hydraulic and air leveling.
Some parts are available for the older RVA system from
https://www.rvajack.com/RVA-Leveling-Jack-Cylinder-Assemblies
Or HWH at
https://www.hwhcorp.com/

   Thanks Eric,
If it is like my 2000 Marquis, and original it is the HWH computerized leveling with air or hydraulic jack leveling. Look forward to hooking up at Quartzite. Fred

Any good hydraulics shop should be able to repair your cylinders.

Bill brings up a good point , if your jack cylinder doesn't have a bent or rusted shaft and the bore is clean most good hydraulic shops can rebuild them. The seals are usually regular hydraulic compound seals which a hydraulic shop can match or substitute with a superior seal Some of the cylinders have to have the upper cap cut off in a lathe and rewelded when done but most can be accessed from the bottom .
You may want to contact your local hydralic shop either way the cylinder will have to be removed for service.

Advice if your system has HWH cylinders you may be able to get a number off the cylinder and get a hold of an HWH dealer for pricing on a rebuilt cylinder for comparison you might be surprised.

Sorry for the lack of information.
The coach is a 2000 Beaver Marquis.
The leveling system is HWH with both hydraulic and air systems.

I had all by Hydraulic levelers replaced along with a new control board. The old system control board can not be found but Beaver coachwork has a replacement that will work. I also purchase the rebuilt jack there. I felt it was best to demo and install rebuilt hydraulic levelers at one time to avoid future trouble down the road. Yes, it was expensive.
