There should be a heat exchanger in a tank bay, but not necessarily any “radiant” one. It will have its own automatic thermostat nearby that turns the fan on at around 40 degrees, as long as the hydronic unit functions on electric or diesel to supply the exchanger with warm fluid. Our ‘06 may have different components or design, but yours likely works similarly. Our exchanger is in the waste tank/water manifold bay, curbside in front of the rear wheels; the door has hidden draw latches along its bottom edge. Warmed air can vector between rails over sector walls forward to adjoining bays, and into the water pump box.
