Beaver or Monaco Motorhome Wanted, 2005-2010, NO DEF

Looking to purchase an older, mint condition, well cared for Beaver or Monaco with the following specs:
38 foot plus in length
Four slides
Space for a workstation or home office
King bed
Pass-through basement slide out
Washer/Dryer or prep
Updated interiors, all systems in working order
Updated electronics (TVs, satellite, sound system)
Diesel Pusher, NO DEF
Preferably located in eastern US, but will travel for the right unit

My wife and I have loved traveling in our Beaver Patriot and are itching to get back out there in a roomier model.

I have a 2006 Beaver Monterey that I just posted on RV trader 2 days ago.  67,702 miles, 400hp Cat C-9 w/ Allison 6spd auto transmission.  King size Sleep number bed.  It has a custom computer desk with electric fireplace and lift flat screen tv built in.  Has Roadmaster tow bar with rock screen on it.  New slide toppers installed October 2022 on all 4 toppers.  New Dometic refrigerator January 2022 elcetric/Lp.   I am not sure how to post photos on this site yet, but you can view numerous photos on RV trader site.  Coach is currently in Farmersville Tx, NE of Dallas.
