I had two fogged windows fixed last year at RV Glass Soutions http://www.rvglasssolutions.com/index.html in Eugene, OR.  Three years ago they replaced a cracked windshield.  They are in Eugene, OR.  For both repairs we camped in their parking lot so they could start early in the morning.  The owner of the company is a Beaver owner.   They have lots of windshields in stock so you don't pay for freight.  I highly recommend them.
