Refilling Aqua-hot after fluid loss

You could use one of those air duster cans to cool off the thermostats so the heaters will kick in and circulate the fluid through the heater cores.  If you turn the can upside down a cool blast of air/stuff comes out of the can.  You will only need a short blast (a second or two) to cool down the thermostats.
