C13 KCB WATER TEMP OR OIL SENSOR?

The service bay is usually the passenger side rear cargo bay where you should find the fuel separator and secondary fuel filter as well as the hydraulic tanks for the power steering and hydraulic fan if you have a side radiator.
There should also be the rear run switches and possibly a control pad for hydraulic leveling.

If the dash gauge doesn't work that is likely your problem.
Have you located the wire that should be connected to that sending unit?
If so grounding it with the key in the run position should drive the oil pressure gauge to full sweep or pegged.
