driver side mirror

Hello;
I am replacing divers side mirror head asy.  The wiring connections are not the same.  How do I reconnect wires below the mirror?

Marquis '03, 515 cat. This Ramco. unit, however it was buit in 2002 .to old to be current stock replacement had to be bench built. one set of wires has a connector attachment,but  this can not be push back into the head assy.. I looked under the coach and there is no room to get  to harness assy. can I take mirror arm assy off the front of the coach, with out getting on the back side of front cap ?

I would assume that both of the head assy was furnished by the same mirror supply company. They may have changed vendors for the motor drives. I would take down the color code for both assemblies and see if they would translate them for you.
