Headlight configuration on 2004 Beaver Santiam

If anyone knows what the configuration of the headlight sequence is I would appreciate some help. The question is;
If you are looking at the coach headlights and you label the lights from left to right as 1,2,3,4,; Are the dims #1 and #4 and the brights #2 and #3? With the brights on are all four lights on?

Jim,  I also have a 2004 Santiam and the sequence is as you described.  #1 and #4 are low beam and #2 and #3 are high beam.  All four are never on at the same time. Hope this helps, Bill
