1999 Marquis Unknown Plug

Tom and Pam Brown:
I have a electric cord that looks like a rope in the forward storage bay on my coach.
It is near the water tank and in the very front of the bay in front of the slide out tray.
When i bought the coach it was not plugged in and the outlet box had been pulled off the wall that i assume it plugs in.

can anyone tell me what this is?  If i need to i can send a picture.

Sounds like a heat tape to help prevent freezine in winter.
