A/c issues

So it looks like my front a/c is the original one the plastic appears so anyways.

its starting to make a vibratory noise and i would say its the fan bearing. has anyone had this replaced? is it worth working on these older units that probably need to be charged also versus getting a new one put in for about 1000$

also the rear unit is a new unit maybe 1-2 years old, but it seems to get stuck in an shutdown wait 15seconds start up shut down and start up the air is extremely cold but it seems to get stuck in this endless cycle when the air temp is set near 80* on the thermostat. should i look at a new thermostat or anyone have some suggestions?

trying to get a plan before i take it to a rv dealer to work on a couple things i dont have time to do.

I assume you know this, but after watching one get replaced last year (someone else's, not mine) I realized how little labor is involved to R&R them.  That convinced me there is little point to repairing units the age of what you and we have.  For $1000 and <2 hours of labor you can get a brand new one and upgrade from 13,500 BTU to 15,000.

Camping world (I think) was just having a sale on these for around $750.

If the fan blades are dirty or the ratiator is plugged the motor can bog down and chatter.  I just serviced ours and you would not believe the sand that I blew out with compressed air.  Both of ours were going to be replaced and are now fine with remarkable cooling.  You might try it first.  There is a video on you tube if that helps.
