Dash fan stuck on defrost vent .. UPDATE

PROJECT UPDATE
Propped myself up under the coach to be able to reach the vac pump. Pulled the 2 wires off the pump and tested with my light tester ... terminals lit up. Pump no worky !! Snipped all the zip ties, dropped the pump and discovered it's a "Ford" product. Called a Scottsdale parts dealer, gave them the number and they'll call me back tomorrow on availability.
