The coach height was not a consideration in my last post. I was referring strictly to the coach length fitting into the building length. Most modern buildings have vertical supports that are planted or bolted into the concrete foundation and rise to the rafters in a triangular shape - wide at the bottom and narrowing to a point up at the rafter level. The width of the vertical supports effectively reduce the usable length of the building if the coach cannot fit between these supports on the floor level.
