Genturi/Aqua-Hot / Hydro-hot

Has anyone spoke with AquaHot?  I seem to recall a discussion I had with them (then Vehicle Systems) and they were complaining that the exhaust pipes were already too long.  I was having problems with carbon build up in my exhaust pipe at the time.

I did speak to a tech 3 years ago when I was thinking about adding a Gen-Turi to the Hydro-Hot. He said as long as I didn't go over the recomended amount of 90 degree bends that are stated in the installation manual that it would be fine. Mine only makes two 90's and one 45 including the 90 on the Gen-Turi so I'm well within the limits. No carbon build up on mine or soot on the roof. I think those that do should  be looked into for some other problem. Marty
