battery disconnects
« on: May 28, 2014, 05:06:02 PM »
I have a 2001 Beaver Contessa naples. does anyone know if there are battery disconnects or just the switch by the door for turning off power to the coach?

I don't see any disconnects in the battery area.

You can get good rotary master switches, one for the chassis side and one for the house side, at marine supply outlets.  I put simple copper knife switches I got at Camping World on the battery posts of our old gas coach, but nice rotary ones in a clean battery compartment installation would be more appropriate here.  Note the red factory rotary switches above our battery bank in the photo below.
