Where is the house battery disconnect solenoid?
« on: December 21, 2014, 09:03:00 PM »
Does anyone know where the house battery solenoid is on a 2000 PT?  I know that there is a solenoid in the electrical bay under the driver's window but I'm pretty sure that's the chassis battery one.  Presumably, when the salesman switch is flipped there's a solenoid somewhere that is being disconnected.  I'm not having any problems with it at the moment, I'd just like to know where it is.

On ours it is behind a metal door above the battery rack in the back.

Thanks Bill, but you have a Monaco coach so ours are nothing alike.

On out 98 Patriot 37', it is under the bed on the passenger side (above the batteries) next to the dual battery isolator. It is mounted on the "foot" of the bed.

Joel,
I think that your salesman switch solenoid is in the battery bay.
