Blue Ox baseplates for 2004 PT Cruiser

Decided to go with Jerry Leonard as it was nice to have a knowledgeable expert to speak with.
He was about $10 more on base-plates, but gave me the part numbers and info even if I didn't
use him.  Very open to any questions now and for the future.
