Verdigris on goldtone shower Faucet parts

I have a goldtone shower faucet. It is 3 piece water outlet, moen style adjustment and a hanger for the showerhead. They are all wearing the gold plate off and creating a green verdigris like you see on copper. It is gross is there a new option available?

Sounds like it's time for new stuff. Check out ebay. I found some very good deals on the vertical shower head bar a few years ago.
