Removing Door Panel

I need to adjust the door latch on our 2002 Marquis but it's not obvious how to remove the carpeted door panel.

Appreciate any insight.

    Hi Dick,
I haven't had mine apart yet, but here is a trick I came up with 20 years ago. Procure a strong magnet and run the perimeter where you think there is a hidden or buried screw in the carpet. When you get close it will jump to it.  Good luck and tell me how it works out.

Thanks Fred,  problem seems to be that the trim seems to overlap the panel and I can't quite figure out just how much needs to be disassembled and/or in what order.  More than likely it's quite simple just not obvious.
