Fred since no one has replied yet I will make an attempt. If it were my shower I would go first to a boat shop get a repair kit for gel coat. If possible jam a piece of wood(2 x 4 under the crack) if possible then try your repair. Maybe someone else will chime in with a better idea.

Can you show me a picture of the crack and overview of the shower?

If it's colored it may be difficult. You may have to use an epoxy.
Most residential fiberglass manufacturers have someone to do repairs. Companies such as MAXX would have some recommendations. Google fiberglass repair in your local area if nothing else.

Thank you for your replays. I think it's acrylic rather than fiberglass.

Fred on my 98 I have a corner shower backed up by the bedroom closet and There were holes behind the drawers under the closet that I viewed the back side of the shower and it looks like it was sprayed in a mold with a fiberglass chop gun. Sometimes a couple years can make a big difference. Be careful of the curved glass doors they are very expensive if even available any more.
