Paint and body shop needed in or near Houston
« on: July 26, 2015, 06:05:36 AM »
Can anyone recommend a paint or body shop in Houston? I have scratches on the lower sections of my storage doors and need to have them fixed and repainted. I have 3 paint colors in the area that is damaged so I need someone that knows what they are doing to match, but don't want to get taken.

Thanks Paul

Paul,

Look for a place that services motor coaches...the kind that does shuttles and tours...like you see around an airport. Call one of them and ask who they use for body work. Also, ask if they have a spectrometer(sp?). If they don't, discard them. The spectrometer will match the paint colors exact. And it will adjust for the fading from sunlight etc.

Good luck.

It's not quite in Houston but Xtreme Paint and Graphics in Nacogdoches has an excellent reputation.  It's owned by James Stallings and everyone says he is a super guy.
