Our CMP-20 Coach Monitoring Panel shows my fresh water at 48% when it's empty.

How do it reset/fix this? Is it possible?

There is a reset button on the panel.  However, if your other gauges are OK.  You may just need to recalibrate your tank this is incorrect.

Hi Les,

Found http://beaveramb.org/forum/index.php?topic=716.0 in our own forum.  Not sure applicable but good start on both the sensor side and electronics reading and reporting same.

A complex system for sure - expect CMP-20 predates 'networked' coaches where everything is on a common bus for control and reporting.
