Noggin Saver Tool - Lift Support Clamp

I saw this tool in an RV magazine and decided that I needed one. I admit to liking tools, sometimes even more than beer. Basically if the wind is blowing or you have a weak gas shock on a compartment door, this tool temporarily clamps to the shaft at the end of the gas shock, to be sure it will stay up in place while you work until you can get a chance to replace the shock. It is all metal and well made.

If you have owned these coaches for awhile you have had hatch to head contact... you will probably remember to buy one of these only after your next close encounter. There is that tipping point where the shock is just good enough to barely hold up the door and being men we work in the danger zone rather than spend the money to replace it :-)
