LEAH DRAPER:
Here is some more information on the brake pedal recall that I found.  It is a 6 page pdf file.  Confusion exists for some Beaver Coaches.  This document from Kongsberg indicates that the only 2008 Beaver was the Patriot, but yet all 2008's were included.  Not sure why this so, maybe just a CYA?

I plan to call Kongsberg to see if I can learn more, will post any information I learn.

WELL, JUST SAW THE PDF DIDN'T ATTACH TO MY MESSAGE, SORRY ABOUT THAT.

LEAH DRAPER:
Here is the link to the pdf regarding the brake recall in my previous message.

Gerald Farris:
This was just received from a fellow Beaver owner.

I called Kongsberg at the number listed. Went to voicemail, however, about 15 minutes later, I received a return call from a very nice lady that checked my coach against her list and said I was indeed, on there. She explained that she would send the parts and instructions out (via UPS) to me. She stated that it was a simple fix. I could have a dealer do the work and they would reimburse $32.00 or if I did it they would send me $20.00. All I had to do was send the certificate that came with the part and any receipt, if applicable, back to them. We are in WA right now and the part will have to catch up to us. Oh well, another few days of beautiful weather.

LEAH DRAPER:
I also called Kongsberg reguarding my coach's brake recall.  Although the person I talked to could find no evidence of my 2008 Contessa being on the recall list, they are going to send me the remedy parts.

In Gerald's above response, the Beaver owner that contacted him did not state what year and model of coach was on the list.
Would be nice to know.
