Flex steel arm adjustment

Can anyone advise me how to adjust the arms on the Flex steel pilot seat?  I have 08 Contessa

Mike Humble:
On the bottom side of the arm is a small slit just before the zipper.  Stick your finger in there and you will find a knurled knob.  Trial and error will tell you which way to turn it.
