When we did so the check button came on. We checked the battery area and the box that says Smart Analyser said that it was disconnected.
Can somebody help us get that turned on again, please? We are getting ready to head out for the desert Seranade Rally in Quartzsite, Arizona. This is dry camping and we need the invertor to work. The refrigerator did stay on when we turned the generator on.

We finally got it back from many people working on it, so we don't know if they disconnected it for a reason.

We have  a Beaver Marquis Tourmaline 2000. Thank you, Gordon Lang

Gordon,
Not real clear to me what the problem is but: If the propane tank valve is open and the reefer set to AUTO, it will come on, running on propane. If you are hooked to shore power or the generator is running, the reefer will run in AC mode if the control is set to AC or AUTO. Then select GAS on the reefer panel and it should switch over to propane. You can quickly verify this by listening for the propane burner at the reefer access panel on the outside of the coach behind the reefer.

Thank You,
I originally turned the ref. on. We have the gen.
running. Then turned the inverter on then shut the generator off. After I selected gas on the ref, it started.

The other thing we are having an issue with is the front slide. I push the button up to 6 times then it works, also when we slide it back in. Is it the moisture that we having lately? Don't know?

Thanks for your help. Gordon

Gordon,
The slide problem could be caused by a number of things. From what you described, I'd suspect either an intermittent connection caused by dampness or an intermittent switch. Might want to try spraying a bit of contact cleaner into the switch and working it back and forth with the ignition ON so the slide doesn't activate. Home Depot, Lowes, Ace, or Walmart should have it.

Be aware that the fridge on many coaches, like ours, isn't on a circuit that works off inverter power, if that's relevant to your question.  It will run on gas, if it's turned on, or 110v AC power via park or generator source, but not off inverted power because of the potential high battery draw-down.

That's why you may find the main fridge breaker or fuse is in your 50 amp panel box, rather than the subsequent 30 amp breaker panel box, because the inverter feeds off the 50 and then into the 30 amp panel.
