You might try BCS in Bend, OR.  They also can make them.

I checked RV Salvage. http://en.visonerv.com/cgi-bin/c/rvsalvagemotorhomes-partingout.pl
They have a fair selection of doors but I didn't see anything in the size you are looking for. I would check with a few local cabinet shops as I bet they could fab one relatively inexpensively.

Your door is a standard raised panel door made with cherry wood, no stain BCS could fab this for you no problem give them a call it would not cost much to ship. You may want to send your old door to them them may be able to do a repair. Whats wrong with the old door?
