Hot Brakes

Tom and Pat Walker:
Any one know of a Recall on 2001 Patriot Thunder Brakes ? I am on my third ABS sensor at $125 each, (left rear), I heard that their was a recall years back on brakes overheating, Does anyone know of a fix?

I had no problem with the ABS sensor but found my front rotors to be badly cracked so replaced them. There was a recall which is why when I found out about it I checked all my brake assemblies.

LEAH DRAPER:
There was a recall in the early 2000's that also involved my 99 Pat. Thunder.  It was fixed under warranty by Beaver at that time.  Might check the Nation Highway Traffic data base and see if it is still listed.  Another resource would be the Bend Beaver Service Center as they probably would remember.
