Looking for 06 Patriot Thunder replacement head & taillights

Does anyone know what the front and rear lights were taken from? I want to replace the lenses and also convert them to led if possible.
I would really like to upgrade the lights to a newer look if anyone has done this.

The 05 uses Lincoln Navigator units. Not sure about the 06. Google the DOT# on the lens and it might get you the info you are looking for.
