Steve, great find.  I went through it and yep, it seems accurate.  Was this in the coach manuals and etc. site??  Since it appears to be a factory install it seems rather odd they didn't label the relays and put the info on the door.

There are 12 relays in Dick's and my coaches.  The schematic shows 11 relays?  At least, that's what I count with my untrained eyes.

Dick,
I got it from Ken C. when I was fighting a dash climate control problem in the Marquis.

(Dave, I don't remember and would have to look at the elec bay to figure it out)

     Hi Guys,
Thanks Steve for the print. It seems to be pretty accurate related to the dash climate control system. All this time I was being told that the 12 relays had to do with the leveling system with an SMC upgrade. This print is a definitely a great guide to evaluate the interface of what relays control the system.
When I disconnected the trinary switch and jumped the harness, that is how we found relay 11 clicking but NOT transferring the 12volt to activate the compressor clutch and condenser fans.
    Thanks again! Regards, Fred

Fred and Dick,

Good job you two, not always easy to find the culprit in these coaches. Also Steve thanks for that diagram.

It would seem like a good idea to document condenser fan relay locations that are different in this era of Beaver coaches. May help if someone is doing a search.

I also have a 2002 Marquis and the condenser fan relay is in a vertical row of relays on the lower right side of the back wall of the electrical bay. It is R5 as highlighted on the door diagram. When in 2002 they made the change and why shall remain a bit of a mystery....

Ed that is also where mine is.  FYI, we found where the condenser fan and clutch tie together.  If you look at the terminal strip there is one terminal for the condenser fan and right below is the terminal for the clutch.  However, if you pull both wires for the clutch you will find the the bottom wire is marked condenser fan.  The condenser fan terminal has two wires that appears to be cond, fan pwr.  As I mentioned earlier these wires carry 10.6 amps so they have to be on the relay out.

Fred and I hope this info will be useful to others.
