part number for water pump v-belt

Looking for the correct part number for water pump V-belt for 2000 Cat (Rear rad) 300hp. I have the serpentine I want to use being the Gates "fleetrunner" #K080700 green stripe.  In my owners manual it calls out for NAPA 25-08755 OR CAT 720244. Posted on a blog I found where the number for the belt is Napa 25-9245. I want to be sure I buy the correct one the first time. Can anyone verify which one?    Thanks  Bob

Robert, if you will go to Ask Dave with  your engine serial number, I will look up your engine
Arrangement Number which will get you into the build of your engine and correct part for your

Robert, looking at S/N 8YL48700 your Arrangement Number is 178-1551. This A/R number
is very important to use along wih engine S/N when ordering parts or technical advise. The

Robert, your next question belt for engines equipped with adjustable fan Bracket,
Caterpillar part number 253-4525. Your question about aftermarket belts that
Are different length. Yes there is a big difference and would suggest stay with OEM
Caterpillar parts.

With Arrangement Number 178-1551, there is also a Adapter GP Fan that has belt
94 MM long for use with fan pulley 50.8 MM ( 2 IN  ) GP Number 127-5171 Hope this
