coolant hoses

When we returned home from Florida this spring I noticed I could not see the coolant level in the sight glass and I added about 16 ounces. Looking around I saw 3 small spots on the garage floor and as I inspected it looked like there was a fine coating of something on the right side of the engine like a fine spray of possible coolant.

Today I finally got around to climbing in, around, and under the engine and tightening clamps on all the coolant hoses I could find.
I was surprised to find that I could tighten every one of the clamps I found except one.
At the most obvious joint that I had suspected I actually tightened the clamp several turns.I hope that solves the problem. I was really surprised to find these clamps that loose.

Just FYI inspect these clamps and hoses before you have a problem!

Now that you mentioned that I better get the cover off and do some minor clamp adjustments myself before the summer trips start.
I don't like surprises and my wallet doesn't either!
