Dash Fan Vents
« on: June 12, 2017, 05:18:49 PM »
Ahhh..the joys of buying a first motorhome used and trying to figure out what everything is!  There are vents above the windshield that has a knob on the dash to control them.  Where does that draw air from?

Andrew,
The fan is my previous coaches was located in the upper corner on the driver's side. it pulled air from the area behind the cabinets. I find it very effective in circulating air in the cockpit area when the dash or roof AC units are on.

Sometimes when traveling in damp areas the dash defroster doesnt reach the upper part of the windshield.  In this case those fans help alot.
Keep at it Andrew, we all have done this and it does get better.
