Multiplex Module Failure?
« on: June 13, 2017, 04:11:36 PM »
Woke up this morning with the Aqua Hot system not on.  Pushing the button in the kitchen does nothing.

The 10 fuse multiplex module labeled "C' in the bathroom appears not to be passing any power to the Aqua Hot or any of the various things connected to it.  There is 13 volts going in to the module, but no power appears at any of the fuses, including the water pump, etc.

Is there a way to check this module, or reset it?

We are in Colorado Springs.  Can anyone suggest a repair shop here that is familiar with these systems?

Bob, try turning off your coach batteries to reset the module, this worked for us at one time.

You were right on, Bryan, although I did it a little different way.  I dumbed into the solution by pulling the 5 and 10 amp fuses from the control module, which did the same thing.  Your way would have been easier.

BTW, if you want a real customer service adventure, just call Intellitec some time.  Three calls, three "can you holds" followed by 3 20 minute plus hold times.  Never did talk to any one.
