Slide Adjustment
« on: March 12, 2018, 01:41:34 AM »
Hi all catching a little rain and have a leak on passenger side.. Made sure to get the sweeper all pulled out , found one corner behind the seal. My question is the slide while level is running toward the coach, thought about jacking the coach toward that side but then I’d create a problem on the DS. I see what look like leveling bolts on the slide rails but not sure of the right proceedure. It’s not off by much but enough.
Thanks

I recently had some leaks fixed on my two slides. Was not sure where it was coming in but the place that fixed it told me that the caulking covering the screws or bolts that hold the cabinets under the slide had deteriorated. And...  The seals were also deteriorating. I got it all replaced and it cost me about 1000 bucks.  This was done recently and I haven’t had it out in the rain yet to check it out.
