What would make the running lights come on by themselves
Been raining here for about a day and a half and when I got up this morning all of the running lights and headlights were on and when I turn on the ignition switch the wipers come on and won’t shut off

The headlights and running lights (ICC flash), and Wipers are all linked together at the smart wheel. Maybe condensation in the electrical connector at the smart wheel or the VIP controller. If your coach is like my '05 the VIP box is in the front run/electrical compartment. You could unplug the connectors and spray some contact cleaner/protector in them.
