Norcold 1210IM 50ºs in fridge, freezer seems to be working 10º - 15º. Tested thermistor 27ohms in ice water. Seals seem ok. Outside temps in the high 90ºs. Any recos on what to check before I call mobile tech. As always TIA

Jeff We had a similar problem with a Norcold 1200LE.  It got to 110 deg. and about 48 or so in the fridge.  Freezer was still frozen though not so much as yours.  I had intended to install a fan behind the fridge in the chase.  One thing that did help was to freeze half dozen bottles of water about 20 oz size and as temps went up we put frozen in the fridge to help it along.  My suspicion is that the coolant was not flowing like it should.  When it died we were going to go residential.  We traded it in.
BTW  new coach with residential has seen 105 deg with no problem yet.

You will probably find that there is nothing wrong with your refrigerator other than the high outside ambient temperature. If you do not have a fan behind your refrigerator to increase the air circulation over the coils, you will probably find that a thermostatically controlled fan will drop the interior refrigerator temperature another 5 to 10 degrees.

Do you hear fans running when you stand outside at the access? actually you should hear them from inside .. they are noticeable.   The 1200 has 2 Computer type "pan" fans mounted on the back above the large coils that are thermostatically controlled .. A small button thermostat type....mounted on those coils... Up where you can't really access or even see them.   It should come on if its warm at all .. like 80 out. Without air circulation these things are not going to do well in the heat. These fans it appears are known to fail. You will need to pull the refrigerator out to replace them in most cases , or add a fan temporarily blowing up across the coils. When my fans failed I used a couple cheap small personal walmart 110 volt fans until I could pull and fix it properly
If not that then the unit could be failing
Finally had my cooling coils replaced in Indiana .. JC refrigeration . DutchAire unit . It still can only achieve -5 to 5 deg  with 33 refer on a normal day.
