Looking for this sliding door latch
« on: June 23, 2019, 07:30:02 PM »
Here is a picture of the sliding door latch for our bedroom closet doors. I need to replace on of them, and can't find the manufacturer name. Click on the attachment to make the picture larger.

Does anyone have an idea where I can find this? NWRV Supply has a similar one, but not the same.

Thanks.

I've bough a couple of these from Home Depot. I don't know if it is the exact same item as what you need - but it works great for what I wanted.

Thanks for all of the ideas. I think the HD is the one I want, and coincidentally, we'll be in Idaho Falls in a week or so, and I can stop by and get one.

Note that the Prime-line one has round-over sides and an apparently slightly smaller knob than the Ives, Stan.  There’s no assurance the screwholes will line up if you order the wrong one, and the “pin” on the Ives is square;  the other is rounded, which may not fit the mortise keeper/pocket the same unless you change that too.  The one in our coach is like the Ives, and looks just like your photo.  Just sayin’.

You could check Rockler Wood Working. They carry a lot of hardware.
