Power out to Co-Pilot Seat
« on: October 26, 2019, 04:07:29 PM »
The power is out to our Co-Pilot seat. The owners manual says that there is a fuse located in the outside bay below the driver’s seat. I see only relays and boards there?? Can anyone make some suggestions, The connections under the seat seem to be fine.

Looks like circuit breaker 10 (CB10) is related to the seats.  Not sure if this will help or not.

Mark,
If there is a fuse for the co-pilot seat in the electrical bay it almost has to be an in-line type. As Paul noted, CB10 is the seat thermal breaker but it supplies power to both  seats. You can try tracing the wire off the breaker but I would first try to gently pull the supply wires coming out of the floor at the base of the seat to see if the fuse is there.

Had the same problem with our 2004 Monterey/Laguna.
Our issue was the wire connections at seat and floor.
If your haven't already, pull both connections apart, clean and re-attach to make sure connection is secure.
That solved or problem so can't help with possible fixes beyond that.
Good Luck

Thanks to all, problem was a connection at the floor. We didn’t see the Velcro wrapping on the wiring harness
