Steve, I wonder does the 06 Monterey have the same Intellitec boards as a 06 PT in the rear run box, mainly the start run board? That shut down problem sounds just like what I have a couple years ago and it was the start run board in the rear run box that had a open in it that would shut the Cat off just like you turned the key off.
