Is this normal for air brakes?
« on: December 04, 2019, 09:12:50 PM »
While parking and having to use the brake a lot that the low pressure  buzzard goes off.  Put tranny in N and rev it up a bit to build back the air pressure.  Haven't noted any issues when driving or stop and go traffic it maintains it's pressure, only when parking and using the brake a lot.

TIA!!!!

Hey Mitch, mine does the same thing, especially when in tight quarters where you are jockeying back and forth. Next thing you know the low air buzzer goes off. BTW have you changed the desiccant filter on your Midland dryer? Fred

Hi Fred!

Dryer was replaced last year Oct after we purchased the unit.  I had a baseline 2 year services done on the unit since the previous owner had spotty documentation on services. Also did a fluid analysis last year on engine oil, tranny oil and radiator.  Also did the generator on oil and radiator. All came back good but will be doing another on in the next few weeks.  Good to know you have the same thing happening to your baby!  Take care my friend and I will see you next month!
