Detroit Diesel in a 1989 Marquis?
« on: May 17, 2020, 03:27:31 AM »
Just ran into a couple in Lake Havasu city Arizona that has a 1989 Marquis with a Detroit diesel engine. I didn’t know that Beaver put Detroit diesels in their motorhomes. Was this fairly common?

The Detroit Diesel was an option in the Marquis for a few years in the late 80s and early 90s to replace the standard 3208 Cat, but they are not real common. The Prevost bus conversions that Beaver sold in the early 90s were all equipped with Detroit Diesel engines.
