Aqua Hot
« on: June 28, 2020, 02:54:20 AM »
Has anyone purchased the new diesel control module that has the wires coming out of the bottom of the control module rather than the old control module where the wires snapped into the bottom of the control module itself. I saw a message that said the switch inside the coach that turns the control module on operates differently with the new module. Can anyone tell me what is different or what has to be done to the switch inside the coach after one installs the new control module?

Did this last fall. The new control box is all electronic, and simply stated, when the indoor switch is flipped, the AquaHot does not come on immediately. There is a few seconds of delay before the box initiates the start sequence. The run up prior to ignition may be a bit longer as well, and subsequently, after the burn cycle is over, the shutdown may be a bit longer as well. Hope that helps.
